Fraudulant Birth Certificates/Florida

Wonder if a baby's birth certificate has his/her biological fathers fraudulent name on it, is it legal?  Wonder if the baby's biological mom can win custody of said baby, if she was able to prove biological dad is going by a fraudulent name.  Wonder if biological mom's name was on the baby's original birth certificate in the first place.  Wonder if fraudulent names were used in a surrogacy contract, if that contract was still legit.

According to Florida law, a "traditional surrogacy" is like an adoption. (see an earlier post)  or look up the law.  Here is interesting info in regards to birth father rights in Florida.

  1. They probably convinced a certain surrogate to go under samantha keegan name.. If not that then sara still has rights... But from the grapevine it sounds like something is a miss.. No matter what cormac isnt even a legal name.. So, that voids that birth certificate. . birth mom has and will have full custody. .. Because neither samantha or cormac are thier names legally.. I still cant beleive the things that were said to the officers. .
